The company is a high-tech company that produces solar cells, solar modules, solar lamps, solar household power supplies, solar water heaters, etc. Set product research and development, raw casting production and sales in one. It has three 2,400-square-meter light steel structure factories, two warehouses, an office building and a dormitory building, and is building three factories of the same size and their indoor purification works. At present, there are 3 automatic production lines and 2 semi-automatic production lines for battery components. The workshop had 153 employees, 25 senior managers and technical staff. The existing problems are as follows :1. How to accurately scan and calculate the lattice defects of silicon crystals before laser pretreatment? 2. How to improve the frequency and period of continuous laser casting line and pulsed laser to reduce the lattice mismatch of silicon material caused by dislocation defect density? Technical problems to be solved: this project uses continuous laser and pulsed laser to act on silicon material, which can reduce lattice mismatch of silicon material caused by dislocation defect density, improve lattice defects of silicon epitaxial layer, thus improve photoelectric effect of silicon crystal itself, reduce internal photoelectronic composite, and improve the conversion rate of battery.
